2. Outdoor installation method of LED linear light:
Outdoor installation of LED linear lights pays more attention to the waterproofness of the light bar and the firmness of the installation. This installation of LED light wire is mainly because the LED wire will withstand wind and rain. If it is fixed with 3m glue, the loss of 3m glue in the LED light wire will be reduced after a long time. Outdoor installations often use this method to fix the card slot and need to be cut. And connection, when installing indoors, only need to add waterproof glue to consolidate the waterproof effect of the connection point. Then fix it with a special fixing clip, which can be drilled with an electric hammer or a plastic expansion tube can be fixed with a screw.
3. LED line light wiring installation method:
The general voltage of LED line lights is AC220V, DC12V and DC24V, so it is necessary to choose a suitable switching power supply. The size of the power supply is determined according to the power of the LED strip and the length of the connection. It should be noted that DC12V and DC24V should not be connected to AC220V, otherwise all lamp beads will be burned out. DC12V cannot be connected to the control power supply of DC24V; otherwise, the power will be more than doubled, and the lamp beads will be easily burned. The AC220V light strip can be directly connected to the mains. The RGB seven-color LED strip needs to use the controller to achieve the effect of change, generally use 4 lines to distinguish black, red, green and blue. The colorful light bar is generally a common anode, that is, there is one +12V connected to the black line above the light bar, the other is the negative electrode, and the RGB is connected to the corresponding red, green and blue interface or power line.
4. LED line light connection distance:
Generally speaking, 3528 series LED line lights have a longer connection distance of 20 meters, and 5050 series LED light strips have a longer connection distance of 15 meters. If the connection distance is exceeded, the LED line light is easy to heat up, which will affect the service life of the LED line light during use. The RGB simple controller has a range of 10 to 15 meters, while the remote control has a range of 15 to 20 meters, and more can control 30 meters. If the LED line light is connected for a long distance and the controller cannot control the long strip, you need to use a power amplifier for splicing. Therefore, the installation must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
